Eco-sustainable eyewear models and materials will be presented in a unique and green setting, along with the "Stand Up For Green" contest, that will reward the most eco-friendly booth.

We have decided to demonstrate our commitment by focusing on the theme of sustainability and the use of ecological materials for a greener world.
In fact, in our space you will find many eco and innovative solutions, in a splendid booth created with natural and low environmental impact materials.
All this to communicate our constant commitment to the research for ecological alternatives for the Eyewear world. A commitment that we follow every day by studying eco-sustainable packaging and carrying out rigorous tests and analysis on products and materials thanks to our new Eco-Lab. We pay attention also to the size reduction of eyeglass cases, an essential feature in the logistics and transport phase.
Innovative materials and shapes: the new Fedon proposals that you will find at MIDO 2022
The new proposals for Fedon eyeglass cases are unmissable. In fact, in our booth you will find perfect design solutions for keeping any pair of glasses.
Gemma case: the model with precious shapes patented by Fedon, able to reduce its volume up to 60% when closed. Its peculiarity is in the material, because it is made with Impacto, a material obtained from corn and recycled polyester.
Origami case: the iconic Fedon proposal that reduces its size up to 70% when folded. For MIDO Origami is made with Eco Canvas, a fabric with a 60% recycled cotton component.
Cosmo case: the solution designed to offer maximum protection in minimum space. Its main feature is in the structure, able of flattening up to a few millimeters when folded. Cosmo is made with Dolomite, a material composed of 50% cotton and 50% milk proteins that come from the dairy waste of the Dolomites.
